LaVinne is a gem. Great experience. The tire dash light came on and he ethically checked all tire pressure, did not make me wait for a service technician, and told me all tires only needed air due to change in temperature from the desert

Mayra was so nice, knowledgable, and helpful. She explained everything so thoroughly and clearly and made a stressful situation better. She cared about my car and my time. Mayra made sure that the work got started so I could get to my job on time and didn’t have to take an uber. She even spoke to my parents on the phone. She was honest about what repairs were necessary and what were recommended and about the pricing. Honestly, I could not ask for better service than Mayra provided. The technician was also very nice and efficient.

She also recommended a set of tires that fit my car and budget perfectly, and I felt like she genuinely wanted to help me get the best value. Jovanni Lopez was absolutely amazing! After experiencing a terrifying tire blowout just hours before leaving for a two-week trip, I was incredibly stressed. Jovanni went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, quickly finding and installing a new tire and getting my car ready in record time. His professionalism, kindness, and sense of urgency were truly exceptional. Thanks to him, I made it to the airport on time and was able to start my trip with peace of mind. Outstanding customer service, and I highly recommend asking for Jovanni when visiting Firestone. I will tell everyone and you should too!!

This place is amazing and fast. I went in there to replace my two front tires on my 2003 Chevy Avalanche and I ended up getting all 4. As I sat in the lobby checking my emails, thinking it was going to be an all day thing, it took them about 1 1/2 hours to do everything. Mayra was amazing. I will definitely come to this place for my tire needs in the future.
